BECOMING A CUSTOMER

Provide a photocopy of a valid photo ID, as well as a lease agreement or recorded grant deed, along with your service application.
Pay Required Deposit
Contact EOCWD at (714) 538-5815 for deposit details. Only checks are accepted.
Stop Water Service
If you are moving or no longer need service, you can request to stop water service by contacting the District office or completing this form. Make sure to include your service address, requested stop date, and forwarding mailing address.
